The Ming had great Hanfu clothing at the time. Hey dragon have you seen the Chinese Drama “Ming Dynasty?” It’s amazing and the clothing is impeccable and true to Ming era dress.

i think in the original painting, the skirt looked like a triangle, which means they wore some kind of undergarments to make the bottom of the skirt more puffy ;)

i think they wore some kind of petticoat like korean hanbok but of course less less puffy
