Sichuan Province, China. 圣水 Shenhui means "Holy Water"

The site was a shrine during the late Tang dynasty (880) and the site was named Shenshui in 1436. The site was enlarged and reconstructed after the 1980s and 1990s after the site was designated as an important heritage center of Sichuan. Current reliefs of statues are installed recently as part of the Buddhist revival.
